Last Thoughts For 2005

Recommended Posts

Here are a few names that I havent seen mentioned lately and might be worth a look. A few might not make the famous enough cut.

(95)Delores Hope - Bob's Wife

(94)Al Lewis - Grandpa on "The Munsters"

(90)Jane Wyman - 50s Actress, Ronald Reagan's Former Wife

(86)Patty Andrews - Last living member of the 40s Band "The Andrews Sisters"

(86)Paul Harvey - Radio News Talk Host

(85)Edmund Hilary - Mount Everest Climber

Also:

(72)Liz Taylor - Cleopatra

(79)B.B. King - Blues Singer/Player

(92)Lady Bird Johnson - Lyndon's Widow

(89)Dody Goodman - Probably not famous enough - Played "Blanche" on Grease(the goofy old lady that sat by the principal/announcer), While we're talking about Grease,

Sid Caesar(82), played Coach Calhoun on it, he also probably wont be famous enough.

James Doohan (84) The actor most famous for playing Scotty in Star Trek is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and has been ravaged by Parkinson's disease, diabetes, lung fibrosis and pneumonia. So might be a possibility for the next list.

No actually, theres just a few idiots out there who enjoy critizizing a great man. Not mentioning any names but I think we all know who they are.

(85)Edmund Hilary - Mount Everest Climber

I'm not too sure about this one. He's certainly famous enough... but I can't really see him scaling the greatest peak of them all anytime soon. He was actually in Antartica only 3 weeks ago.... not the activities of a man about to go

It seems to me that a prediliction for visiting Antarctica is offering an open invitation to fate to cut one off a little early.

The man in the following link also appears to be courting an early demise.

When he falls, which he probably will, I wonder if he could be persuaded to land fatally on another potential candidate? Two simultaneous deaths would be a first for the Deathlist, I believe. For preference Lady Thatcher unless anyone has a better idea?

Merry Holidays

Good choices, but I am not sure if Delores Hope passes the famous enough test.

Good to see Al, Jane, and Liz on the list. Kind of concerned about Lady Bird's and Delores' fate this year though.

They sound good, however I have no idea why Billy Crystal is your list. I also think that Willie Nelson and Dick Clark have got quite a few years left, especially Willie.
