Just a general observation BS, not aimed at you my little cockle. It means simply that the people who think they are the greatest generally are not.
It's a bit of a colloquialism and therefore Babelfish etc tend to be a bit far off the mark.

I have just found Teddy's Avatar on the site of a very good rock covers band in Glasgow (you have to click on guestbook to see it). Seems he is known as 'Big Boab the Bear'
