I'll get to my point, shall I? I guess even boxing is less dangerous than shooting.
Here's a penny for your thoughts; incidentally, you may keep the change

Dangerous ground LFN, but funny....

Maryport is a disappointment for which there is no cure, but the annual Deathrace thread hereabouts provides welcome distraction.

considered 'a good thing', we've had stories this week in which two sports stars have allegedly been murdered by their wives/girlfriends
and one where a young lad was murdered after being deliberately led on by his supposed 'girlfriend' into a trap...
Mind you, in a world without men, there be no-one for women to murder/plot against...
"We're today's scrambled creatures, locked in tomorrow's double feature
Heaven's on the pillow, its silence competes with hell
It's a twenty-four hour service, guaranteed to make you tell
And the streets are full of press men
Bent on getting hung and buried
And the legendary curtains are drawn 'round Baby Bankrupt
Who sucks you while you're sleeping
It's the theatre of financiers
Count them, fifty 'round a table
White and dressed to kill."

It would be very tidy, though.
Not as tidy as a world with just gay men...

Oooh, dunno about that. There'd be a right mess if millions of them stumbled out of their respective closets at the same time.

And their jewellery would be well looked after, because their rings are always nice and clean. Apparently.

ITV4 are showing the women boxers for the first time and have dragged in some ex-Big Brother evictee and thrown a muppet up against her. She can't lose.....
Although, personally, I'd be happy to see her twitching carcases dragged from the canvas. Yes, I hate BB THAT much.
Update
Well, "Angel" McKenzie won. No surprise there, but I was cheered up by the audience's booing.
