It's kinda embarrassing really, like a lot of wiggers my age it was the Beasties who first got me into rap music back in the mid 90s, but fuck me if I don't find all of their stuff, with the possibly exception of "Hey Ladies", absolutely unlistenable now. I considered him for this year's list, but by all accounts he was getting better and I didn't think cancer of the salivary gland was that deadly. Good job to Misers though.
