I have noticed this in Tesco's!
I'd prefer my username to be spelt correctly, but I'm not sure what it is

Seems it can be spelt three different ways, I have always known her as Boadicea (but that seems to be the Roman name for her). You don't have to change it, we all know who you are

I would be very happy to have my name changed to 'Grendel' but only if you could possibly colour my Snorkmaiden

Very kind and clever of you but how will we know that "newdeathlister" is actually, say, "the artist formally known as Banshees Scream"?

Not perhaps the best example. The originality of the posts that are BS, would be easy to identify.

Fine, but how will we know who the new person used to be.

We will know that because the person will have asked in this thread for the name change.
Interestingly enough though, searching for Milwall's old posts, his original name is still to be seen on the early ones, whilst Mr. Josco now has a capital letter right from the start of history.
I daresay there's a rational explanation for that.
Who else thinks Banshees(sic) should get given the missing apostrophe whether he wants it or not?

I suppose it'd hardly be a surprise for me to pipe up. So who am I to deny peer pressure?
Ignorance of grammar is no defence. Change it and be damned!

Yes, Yes, Yes and finally YES.
This missing apostrophe has been annoying me for quite some time.

I've always parsed "Banshees Scream" as a two word sentence, 'Banshees' being the subject, and 'scream' being the verb. I see no reason for improvement.

1 question: Why wasn't this thread made before.
Windsor

Is there really any need for 10 pinned topics?
It pushes other threads on to the next page which means that one would have to go on to the next page which generally takes more time which is quite annoying.
In my opinion.
