Sid Caesar (b.1922)
Derby Dead Pool showrunner...

"We're today's scrambled creatures, locked in tomorrow's double feature
Heaven's on the pillow, its silence competes with hell
It's a twenty-four hour service, guaranteed to make you tell
And the streets are full of press men
Bent on getting hung and buried
And the legendary curtains are drawn 'round Baby Bankrupt
Who sucks you while you're sleeping
It's the theatre of financiers
Count them, fifty 'round a table
White and dressed to kill."

David Bowie - We Are The Dead (1974)

Good call,
A Kurdish leader of Iraq may as well forget about life insurance.

I got to find who's now the number one
And why my angel eyes ain't here

If Rainier gets through this illness and survives the year perhaps he should be considered for 2006.

Windsor, he aint gonna make it!

Can't help getting this feeling I should be smugly patting myself on the back :dead:
This is true my form is something odd,
But blaming me is blaming God;
Could I create myself anew
I would not fail in pleasing you.

For correctly calling the event, or for not getting picked up on the missing apostrophe in the vernacular "aint"?

HM The Queen (b.1926)
What I've been hearing, is that the reason why there is this bungled wedding between Charles and Camilla is because The Queen is not well....

I'd expect Philip to go first.

I think she was mentioned before but Francis Reid from Day of Our Lives is 91 years old.

I can't think of other really old Soap stars.

I can give you one for each side of the Atlantic: John Forsythe (Blake Carrington, Dynasty) and Anna Wing (Lou Beale, Eastenders). Both well over 80.

Plus Gretchen Franklin who I think was on last year's list.

I actually mentioned John Forsythe in a thread I started not long ago, I had no idea he plays in Dynasty, he's always Charlie to me.

It's a shame such heroism doesn't get attention outside the UK.

I wonder how many Welsh agree with me that it's also a shame it wasn't used for a more important cause.
