    Hollywood Possibilities

There are exactly 10 murderers from the original Columbo still alive: Lee Grant (born 1925) Dick Van Dyke (born 1925) Vera Miles (born 1929) Clive Revill (born 1930) William Shatner (born 1931) Joyce Van Patten (born 1934) Héctor Elizondo (born 1936) George Hamilton (born 1939) Trish Van Devere (born 1941) Susan Clark (born 1943)

    Harvey 'Wank Stain' Weinstein

2020 rape conviction overturned. Appeals court ruled that prejudiced judge made decision based on Weinstein's historic behaviour rather than the actual charge itself, which means a retrial will now take place. Weinstein, 72, will remain behind bars as a result of a separate conviction of rape.

Completely forgot they appeared on The Simpsons in 1999. Not 100% of who the four are below but I'm going to guess Hayward, Lodge, Edge and Thomas.

Can't find anything on Ancestry owing to the fact that we don't have a rough idea of birth and death years but here's some new info. He was confirmed alive as late as November 1984 and possibly 1988 when he was touring and performing as a member of The Ink Spots. An earlier article from 1981 noted that he had taken hiatus from the group due to ill health, but it seems he recovered. I reckon he died between the late 80s and mid 90s.

    Rupaul And Other Drag Queens

BBC and ITV obits for Miss Jason. Suspected this might be the case as he was widely loved. Still, wasn't really my cuppa. If I was in a pub and he was on a stage I'd politely watch and sing along but his act was showtunes, which is not really my thing. I much prefer the drag acts that do dark comedy or 70s/80s/90s jukebox.

    Shirley MacLaine

I like this photo. Shirley Maclaine with younger brother Warren Beatty in 1942. Looking online, a lot of people seem to be unaware and shocked to find out that they're siblings. They had quite a rocky relationship, and didn't Maclaine infamously say something really stupid (and a bit creepy) saying that the worst thing about being Warren Beatty's sister was that she couldn't sleep with him? I don't know why I have that stuck in my head. Maybe someone else can clarify what it was she actually said.

I think you're being kind for the sake of being kind, which is quite humble but not entirely truthful. She looks pretty bad in those pics. Needs help walking, and the face is the work of decades of heavy drinking and smoking, not just "the lack of botox".

I would argue that in the case of the Moody Blues, the original lineup doesn't really matter as much as it's not its iconic lineup (unlike say The Allman Brothers Band). Denny Laine (guitar) and Clint Warwick (bass) were only there for little over 2 years (May 1964 – July 1966). Justin Hayward and John Lodge replaced them that year and remained with the group until it dissolved in 2018. They're both still alive.

You sure? This newspaper clipping from 1979 refers to that performer as John "Biggie" McFadden, not George. Edit: And this 1949 clipping refers to him as George "Biggie" McFadden. All rather confusing. Can't find any trace of him after 1979 though, sorry.
