I was rooting for him to win that Oscar a few years back. Sean Connery wouldn't surprise me if he went tomorrow. It was quite telling when he was unable to do anything for the Scottish Indy Ref campaign, even a voice over, on health grounds. Yes, to be honest, I was completely amazed when I saw how old he actually is. I mostly know him from his role on Arrested Development. I watched a film starring Christopher Plummer with Martin Landau on Tuesday filmed in 2015 - Remember. Obviously hard to tell in a film where each scene could be shot in very small portions but I would say Plummer being able to carry off the lead role shows he is still in pretty good shape for an 86 year old.
