Recommended Posts

Now that we're just a few hours away from seeing the 2016 list, this is where you should post your suggestions for the DL Committee to consider for 2017.

I think he'll last a few more years.

PS: I REALLY hope that the Peter Falk joke doesn't last longer than a few more years.

June Brown as she will be 90 and is already going Blind and Deaf;

Sheila Mercier will be 98 and surely can't have much longer;

Bruce Forsyth will be 89 and age is catching up with him;

Zsa Zsa Gabor once she makes it to 100 the Prinz will finally let the old girl go.

We should definitely keep TotalBiscuit under our radar. His cancer is slow enough that he should get through 2016 without difficulty, but surviving 2017 is far from certain.

He will be interesting to watch. I think a nerd's diet does not go well with cancer, so I guess there's an outside chance he'll die this year already. He's also so visible on the web that one can watch his progress/decline.

If we are going to see this all 2016, can someone change "Possibiltes" to "Possibilties" please? Thanks in advance.

Good point, have just checked and it was shown April 2014 so probably not relevant now. But you never know.....

That's shown every new year.

Ah see usually I'm pissed right up and challenging my brother to a 'who's got the biggest tits' competition, but this year I am sat at home quite sober and shouting at the television.

Walter Mondale might be worth keeping an eye on. In the past year or so he's lost his wife, and his daughter

A name I haven't seen mentioned: Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, AKA Baghdad Bob? 75 and would certainly warrant obits.

Is that Comical Ali? I did consider him: he was supposed to be seriously ill in hospital, but there were some rumours that it wasn't really him.

Gunther von Hagens. My partner just recently "donated" his body to their project. Von Hagens himself didn't sign the contract, in fact, his field (?) was left empty and only his assistant signed.

Ah of course, he was known as Comical Ali in the Motherland. If David Jacobs hadn't shuffled off, we could have asked him "Where are they now?"....

I say, put Hugh Hefner, on the 2017 list, if he survives this year.
