Another year, another Sporcle notable deaths quiz. That and another reminder of how much of an obit hawk I am, I only missed two. (tennis chick and the last guy in row 4... should have gotten him :banghead: )

I got 31 of 42 and unfortunately they would not accept my answers of astronaut lady, some congress guy and dude in glasses for the guy on the far right or the one in the 2nd row.And another one I knew but no way was i remembering the spelling of his last name.

They're all Yanks, I only recognise about three of them, one being Dot Cotton in the bottom row.

First time - 96 seconds, but my mind was wandering a bit. I think someone could do it in under a minute.

121 seconds....I was pleased to get them all right !

Fixed. Bob Welch wasn't a founding member of Fleetwood Mac. :(

I remembered that Bob Brunning had died (late 2011) which made it a little harder to find Bob Welch. Bob Brunning was the original bassist.

There are only twenty eight shared between all the countries in the world. Only Mexico, Croatia and Moldova have two of them. Some of the twenty eight include a llama, a bird of paradise, a dragon, a frigatebird and a parrot. What am I talking about?

All of them endangered species.

Don't feel too bad, I have in my time set a few quizzes which has involved some research into flags. But the third sentence did confirm my suspicions.

Let me put a difficult one: 8, 17, 21, 34. Which is the odd one out, and why?

Hein

Not exctly the answer I had in mind, but full marks for a clever answer. Well spotted.

Bugger. Perhaps I was being too clever, in which case its

8 - as its the only one that looks the same along all planes of symmetry.

Again a clever one, but again: not what I had in mind. I'll put the answer in spolier tags:

It's 21. 8, 17 and 34 are served with rice at my local Chinese restaurant, but 21 is served with noodles.
