Didn't the actress who played Dax have similar problems?

I thought René Auberjonois was dead. Ho hum.

She believed that it would hurt her acting career to be type cast in that role. Thus, she passed on making a million or ten from regular work for a life time. Doh!

Nichelle Nichols has suffered a "mild stroke". Might be one to keep an eye on.

http://www.ew.com/article/2015/06/04/star-treks-nichelle-nichols-suffered-mild-stroke?xid=IFT-Trending

I was shocked to discover that Nicelle had been omitted from all my list including my 1000 watching list.

Epic Fail

Is Nicelle what you get when a teleporter accident fuses Nichelle with the Enterprise's nacelles? (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

I have now managed to rectify this as Richard Johnson vacated his slot on the 1000 list which Nichelle has now filled.

OK, Yvonne Craig's death is already in the Batman thread, but phooeey, who cares about Batgirl. Green painted slave girl number two is a far more impressive entry on anyone's CV. As she said "It’s not easy being green"

Thanks. Never knew the name, but recognised the character instantly.

George Takei Q&A. http://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2015/10/george-takei-proust-questionnaire

Note his answer to the lowest depth of misery - "Internet forums" he he.

Probably something to do with a recent spat on Farcebook.

Troll says: George Takei - you suck.

George replies: And well, I'm told.
