We can start with the members of GUT who go by the names Torturer of Lacerated and Satanic Tits, Organic Masturbator of 1000 Splatter Whores and Spermsoaked Consumer of Pussy Barbecue. Then there's the members of Cock and Ball Torture Sascha Pahlke, Timo Pahlke and Tobias Augustin. Other potentials are Livor Mortis members Satarius, Comte Acrius, Nosfereion and Lord Lokhraed. Most of these people wouldn't phase under normal circumstances due to their relatively young ages, but this much sexual obsession and death metal background really cannot be a recipe for a healthy heart and mind. It's an extreme genre of death metal music focusing on pornographic imagery, the line between it and goregrind is pretty hazy giving much goregrind stuff will occasionally stray into territory. (I'll sort threads out for grindcore, goregrind, noisegrind, electrogrind, deathgrind in the morning).
