According to IMDb, out of the main 12 characters only four remain:

John Alderton (b 1940) – Bernard Hedges

Peter Cleall (b 1944) – Eric Duffey

David Barry (b 1943) – Frankie Abbott

Penny Spencer (b 1948) – Sharon Eversleigh

it also reduce the regular cast of Oh No It's Selwyn Froggitt to just 2-Bill Maynard and Lynda Baron

you'll be pleased to know that it appears that reports of Richard Davies's death was greatly exaggerated. There is no reports of it anywhere online and references to it has now been removed from Wikipedia. Check your sources more carefully next time !

Richard Davies' death gets a mention here: http://tobyhadoke.com/doctor-who/richard-davies-welsh-character-actor-rip-1926-2015/.

Wouldn't surprise me if a Guardian obit follows.

After a long career in the movies, Ray Milland did a 30 year stint doing mostly TV work.
