From that article she also says she wants to have one last Christmas with her family and her aim is to last until Late Jan. If she makes it to Jan 1 she will definitely be the most picked DDP joker of 2015.

She's hoping for a last Christmas and to go just afterwards. Might not make it that far. But...if she's still going on 1 Jan I have a hunch we'll have a deluge of Deathrace points soon after and virtually no chance of the dead pool spring staggering into August. Every cloud, eh?

If her and Sam Simon are still alive at the end of this surely they have to be number one and two on the Deathlist 2015!Which order though?

The news coverage is specifying late Jan/high scoring Deathrace territory.

I do not want to be cynical but there is a book to sell and if we stray into Wilko Johnson territory then we should summon The Inquisitor

Trial of a Time Waster?

Yes, didn't Wilko say that he wasn't going to have any treatment, or something along those lines? Then he goes on an apparently never-ending tour, puts out an album, and ...... I mean, good luck to the bloke and all that, but you can't blame people if they feel a bit misled.

Erm.... no. Actually I think what happened is he said he wouldn't have any (more?) chemo, which quite a lot of people do because chemo is awful, but then they did some sort of "experimental" surgery to remove the tumour this summer. So it's not quite really "misleading" the world into thinking he was dying, just he thought he was gonna die cause he didn't want to suffer through chemo then some other option came up.

Not sure that's very fair. Wilko refused all chemo but then the opportunity arose to have a pioneering but extremely risky operation to remove the cancer. Though it's ultimately cancer that kills you, it's usually the chemotherapy that makes you feel ill. By not having chemo, Wilko was risking living a lot shorter BUT was able to continue working because he wasn't feeling ill. Sadly, Lynda Bellingham has done as much as she can with regards to chemo and it's now time to pack the treatment in so she can enjoy her last few months.

But, yeah, no.1 pick for 2015.

If it has spread as suggested, she probably wont see the end of the year.

Its something Ive had experience of and I wish to god I hadn't.

Random bit of trivia: according to Paul Darrow, Bellingham's tight-fitting costume burst open when she guest-starred in Blake's 7. Sounds like she was a good sport about it.

What would Avon have made of those two massive mammaries staring at him? :P
