Perhaps, more tragically he may have forgotten how many improbably gorgeous women he shagged!

Worthington denies the story: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36234373

Worthington then denied the story again 5 minutes later.

He actually said: "I do have some issues with short term memory impairment but I have been assured this is not particularly unusual for a man of my age."

Which smacks of Muhamad Ali making light of his Parkinson's decades ago.

I'd say he'll be okay till past 70, but one to watch

Newcastle Jets midfielder Bernardo Ribeiro has died of a suspected heart attack suffered while playing for Brazilian side Friburguense. The 26-year-old fell ill during a friendly match and was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital where it was later confirmed he had passed away.

The news comes just days after Cameroon international Patrick Ekeng collapsed and passed away during a match for Dinamo Bucharest. The cause of both deaths is yet to be officially confirmed.

Tough crowd. Themaninblack gets a nod but the rest of you wankers wouldn't recognize the funniest thing posted here in at least the past two weeks if it was....posted here. The fact is, that was a goddamn funny line.

Pearls before swine.

It was funny (although hardly original) but begging for 'Likes' seems a bit tragic?

Nigeria's Stephen Keshi dies of a heart attack at 54, though the :sherlock: in me does wonder as his wife died of cancer 6 months ago.

Not of their WC generation, he did win the Cup of Nations as both a player and manager.

RIP Lewandowski

ic what u did there

Poor Sascha Lewandowski. He dies aged 44, he was a bit rubbish as Leverkusen manager, his sole mention here is as a joke by someone else, and I've probably mispelt his name.

Unnatural bonus if anyone had him in the DD...oh who am I kidding.

Shuaibu Amodu, who managed Nigeria for six separate spells, has died aged 58. He died three days after Stephen Keshi, the man he replaced twice and was replaced by once.
