I'd go with Martin Crowe. His health has reportedly deterriorated since he was last seen in public. He's known to have a terminal illness (double hit lymphoma) that kills 95% of its sufferers within a year (from diagnosis).

I've gone for Crowe, purely because I speaking to a cricket mad old gentleman in the pub I work in and apparently Crowe played for my local cricket club years ago, Pudsey St. Lawrence.

 

That and the fact his condition seems to have taken a nosedive from what I've read.
