Any proof?

Arnold says so, and he doesn't say much, so that's good enough for me. So that's Nigel Lawson and 19 others for my 2012 DDP list. Lawson hasn't looked very clever for some time now but I can't remember when I last saw his picture in the papers.

Well, he was on BBC2 today (15mins 30secs in) and he does look a little under the weather. I'm not entirely convinced he's a gonner, though.

He mustn't be feeling too clever either considering that a] the free-market City knows best economic culture is going down the shitter and b] the European monetary integration to which he urged Thatcher to be a part of, leading to his resignation in 1989 is also going down the toilet.

If I was him, I'd keep a very low profile...

60% top rate of tax? pfftt!

I think the most fitting way for him to go would be a freak weather accident caused by global warming!

I wholeheartedly agree with Spade_cooley (post #7)!

And Nigella tickles my nerves in many ways, for example: (for another example, see the second picture)

If ever we've heard of a better excuse to enjoy these 'no calorie' days' date=' it's this...

Gillian McKeith, the well-known TV celebrity, who advocates a holistic approach to nutrition, with minimal fat and plenty of fruit and veg is 51 years old. Nigella Lawson, a TV cook, who eats nothing but butter, meat, desserts and plenty of excess, is 50.[/quote']

Gillian McKeith, age 52

That ones been doing its rounds on facebook for a few months. The photo of Gillian wass taken when she was in the jungle for a few weeks. I guess if I had Nigella's millions, I could look pretty good too.

My apologies, I'm not on facebook and the joke was new to me until very recently.

Even taken into consideration that the McKeith-photograph is probably the least flattering they could find, it's still absolutely clear to me that time has been much kinder to Nigella Lawson than to the cardboard-eating old hag. Having all the money of the world can only take you so far.

Nigella and Kirsty Allsop are the two brunettes I'd most like to f*ck - no question about it.

Noticed the Lord Lawson wandering past the BBC 10 o'clock News jurno' the other night during one of those "lets cross over to the Houses of Westminster to get the latest impressions of why David Cameron is such a TWA* flight attendent on a plane ride to hell he is taking all of us on..."
