7 out of 15.

I had #s 1, 6. 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 correct. Not too shabby since I'm not even British. A bit of a hard quiz and some of the questions are just confusing.

5 / 7. The squid question was a shoe-in thanks to TAFKAG.

Shouldn't that girl be in bed at that time?

Hein

SPORCLE! I've made some death-related sporcle games that I think you all will like. And sporcle has a new "clickable" kind of game.

In one of them you have to pick the deceased music celebs in chronological order of their deaths.

And the other is a private one. There is a list of 30 stiffs. You have to pick out the 18 of them that were successful hits on a winning team in DDP history.

Nice idea for a quiz but the American date order was tricky to get my head round. Might be an idea to put the date in full eg 4th February 1983 (no prizes for guessing who died on that date) to avoid confusion.

I didn't try the second one.

nice quiz .

i got 10 out of 21. Its weird how some dates of when famous people die stick with you , lennon ,jackson and aaliyah i knew off by heart. I up until a couple of years ago thought aaliyah died in 9/11 . Turns out she died in a separate crash 2 weeks before.

and 9 out of 18 .

Another year, another Sporcle notable deaths quiz. That and another reminder of how much of an obit hawk I am, I only missed two. (tennis chick and the last guy in row 4... should have gotten him :banghead: )

I missed duPont (Why they have her in over, say, George McGovern, Maurice Sendak, or Junior Seau I'll never know.) and Rick Majerus (Knew who he was, just not what he looked like.)

Yeah if I were the quiz maker I would've had McGovern or Inouye instead of duPont. Would've made sense to have another political name since Stevens was the only one there.
