OK this poll is a bit out of date re the Republican side but with Hilary still showing strong I thought here might be the best place to put this list.

If you look at all the living presidents, former presidents and vice presidents first and second ladies the total comes to 20 which is precisely what you would need for a DDP team.

I will not be entering this team so it is a freebie to anyone who wants it

  1. Jimmy Carter
  2. Rossalyn Carter
  3. Walter Mondale
  4. Nancy Reagen
  5. George H W Bush
  6. Barbara Bush
  7. Dan Quayle
  8. Marilyn Quayle
  9. Bill Clinton
  10. Hillary Clinton
  11. Al Gore
  12. Tipper Gore
  13. George W Bush
  14. Laura Bush
  15. Dick Cheney
  16. Lynne Cheney
  17. Barack Obama
  18. Michelle Obama
  19. Joe Biden
  20. Jill Biden

Bernie Sanders deserves his win

When it comes to Democrats, I don't know if I support Hillary or Bernie. I think Bernie will make a better president, and I agree with his policies, but the man just doesn't seem like he can do much... I doubt Congress will want to cooperate with him.
Hillary, on the other hand, seems to untrustworthy... I think I'll support Biden if he decides on running.
But who'll win the primary? No idea!

When it comes to the Republicans, I think Donald Trump will win the primary. Possibly Jeb Bush or Ted Cruz. But I don't care, they all suck and I hope none of them win the election.

I doubt a replician will win the real suspense of who is going to win will be at the Democratic elections.

Hopefully Trump will not win the Republican nomination and run as an independent, that way he'll split the vote.

But the Democrats also have a problem like this - a lot of Hillary supporters would never vote for "that socialist Bernie", and a lot of the Bernie supporters would never vote for "that corporate slave Hillary" because "she's no better than the Republicans".

So we will probably lose a lot of potential voters....

Aye, there is that.

Shouldn't we have a new poll or a new topic for this forthcoming election?

That would be CTREPC; but Sir C is definitely worth a write-in vote. This picture helps explain Trump.

Whichever candidate appeals to a 4th grade level mentality.
Here's a fine article about the anti-intellectualism that is America.

I hope Hillary wins so we never have to hear US "liberals" complaining about Trump again.

Just like we never heard of Sarah Palin or George Bush ever again.

Carson and Fiorina are toast and even 10% is a generous odds for Bush at this point.

And O'Malley probably only is the Democratic nom if someone assasinates Clinton and Sanders

The GOP is probably reluctant to give the nomination to outsiders like Trump or Cruz. That gives Carson, Bush and Fiorina better chances than the polls indicate.

I think O'Malley has a chance (albeit tiny) because if everybody's going to be fighting over Hillary and Bernie, maybe they'll just be like "Oh, FFS, we'll just give the nomination to the Irish bastard"

I've put £100 on it being Marcus de Rubio v Bernie Sanders. What are my chances of winning?

The BBC did quite a good overview of the 11 candidates in the Republican race. Iowa and New Hampshire will probably see off up to 5 of these and it then when we will see whether the polls can match the votes on the ground. A lot will depend on whether Democrats who elect to vote in the Republican primary think Trump offers a more beatable opponent for Hillary than anyone else.

To basics: Trump is against big Government but wants to deport illegal immigrants.Unless he thinks Fox will sponsor a game show of 'hunt the immigrant he' will have to use federal taxes to pay for it = federal employees, bureaucracy, taxes = man's an idiot. As all other republican candidates have refused to confront Trump they can successfully be attacked for lack of .... well anything substantial really. Which leaves the door wide open for a privileged white woman with the scuples of a circus fortune teller. But hey, that's America....gotta love it!

he is n ow virtually certain to be the republican nominee.i don't think he can win the election in November though, unless Hillarys indicted or something, or its Bernie Sanders instead.
