Rotten Ali 599 Posted November 22, 2014 15 cases or more now, so I hear. Let's have an arrest, fair trial and if true, convict this enigma, jail him, then throw away the key. Any guy found to have been using drugs against women to rape them is totally low. In Mrs Rotten's view really he would not deserve any chance of remission should the case load stack up. I would impose a minimum two year sentence for each guilty case, that being a thirty year sentence with a minimum 15 years to be served, aged about 93 on release.
