Do we have a reliable source that backs up the DOB used on IMDB?
-
Yeah, good for you. I'm not reading all that.
-
Given that he doesn't have a Wiki page and has never been mentioned on the forum before, can you tell us who he was for the benefit of those who can't mind read?
-
You're a star! @Commtech Sio Bibble, this would also suggest the news reports from March 2023 referring to her in the present tense were indeed accurate if she died in Jul–Sep later that year.

I know this is probably of no help at all but her middle initial was E. as per her birth record here. I also had a search through the British Newspaper Archives. I no longer have a subscription so I can only see previews. There's an article on there about Hill and her parents. Her father was a senior NCO but I can't see the full article so can't get anymore personal details. Her daughter, Abi Harris was born in 1970. Question is was her mother having an affair when she was born? If so you could go into FreeBMD, punch Abigail in as a first name born in 1970. Then you could look at the column where it has the mother's maiden surname "Hill"... there are just 3 results: DAVISON Abigail Helen HILL Hammersmith SMITH Abigail Catherine M HILL Portsmouth HENLEY Abigail Jane HILL Surrey N If you can crack what Jennifer Hill's married name was via her daughter's birth record (assuming she was married ofc), you can track her movements afterwards. Then @Master Obit may be feeling generous enough to have a look in the GRO.

People Who Are Dead According To Wikipedia...
Ulitzer95 replied to Vaagheid's topic in DeathList Forum
Sam Winningham (wiki), American college football player (during the 1940s!) turned coach, supposedly dead at 97. Father of the more well known actress Mare Winningham (wiki), who has starred in just about everything. Great name for a sportsman! -
Nope, she's dead. Born as Elizabeth Ernestine Burkhart on 2 October 1918. Married firstly to Claude Henry Shafer (1918–2007), then to David Alexander Ware (1903–1987). Died 9 October 2006 (aged 88) as Elizabeth Burkhart Ware. I doubt there are any second generation links to real life individuals dramatised in Killers of the Flower Moon still living.

This is something I say and everyone knows I'm being sarcastic. However, can't tell if you're actually being serious or not.
-
Ok, own up. Which one of you was this?

Guardian obit for British soprano Margaret Curphey, aged 86. A frequent face in Wagner operas before retiring to the Isle of Man in 1994 (a fate worse than death).
-
Yup! Picked by 3 teams on there.

I don't believe he's dead. Family Search and geni have been causing a lot of trouble lately. The latter seems to be the source of the Jane Morgan death hoax.

I've updated the page for Somethin' Smith and the Redheads to include full death dates and sources for both Striks and Robinson. I've updated the page for The Three Chuckles for the deaths of Romano, Gilberto, Benti, and Randazzo. The Wiki page mentions one further member, an accordionist called Jackie Farrell who was briefly in the group in 1957. Alas he seems to be too obscure to find anything on.

Times death notice for Pearl Catlin (IMDb), British television and stage actress, aged 94. Played Stella Randell in Coronation Street in the 70s. Had other roles in The Avengers, Z Cars, Emergency-Ward 10, and Dixon of Dock Green.

That's spot on. Three session musicians from their albums are still alive too: drummer Jim Keltner, 82, percussionist Ray Cooper, 77, and saxophonist Jim Horn, 83, who I mentioned earlier on was the last surviving member of Duane Eddy's Rebels.
