Couldn't find a thread on royals so....

Gayatri Devi, an Indian royal has died aged 90. Apprantely she was listed in Vogue as one of the "10 most beautiful women in the world".... I don't think they were looking at the picture in that article when they listed her!

I was considering her for next year. I remember Alan Whicker saying she was the most difficult interviewee he ever had.

Richard Ferguson QC

One of Northern Ireland's most distinguished legal figures has died. Richard Ferguson QC, who practised in London, was 73.

He represented the likes of Brighton bomber Patrick Magee, Guinness boss Ernest Saunders and property tycoon Nicholas Van Hoogstraten.

Talk about Devils' Advocate!

I dunno who the f*ck this guy is, but apparently his death is getting a lot of media attention in the States.

Reverend Ike, a preacher who preached materialism, has died at the age of 74.

Just in case anyone fears that Renato is not dead and that he and his bird are planning a comeback, this should hopefully put your mind at rest.

Probably got bumped by Sir Bobby. Fame is so fleeting.

Try this link, with video, though they seemed to have aged him by 2 years.

Keith Macklin

Sad to report that the veteran sports presenter died aged 78 on Saturday. Well known, particularly in the North West of England and Yorkshire, as a commentator for a wide range of sports, he also had stints presenting "Songs of Praise" and "Pot Black". He was also the founder of "Red Rose Radio", now known as "Rock FM".
