    I do Facebook to keep in touch with my friends ‘down south’ . I have a few deathlist friends on it. Twitter ( or X) not so much. The last time I twatted, was probably last year. WhatsApp just to be in with a group af friends. Social media might be on the way out. BTW, there’s a Facebook thread somewhere here.

    Almost certainly something to do with your whereabouts. A while ago when I looked up deathlist at my place of work, I found I was banned. Still no idea why, so it’s not a members thing. There’s always the possibility you were at a location that was previously banned.

    Not a death anniversary as such, but I missed my own anniversary on death list. Twenty years ago on the 20th April 2004, I joined the death list. (Actually it was a bit earlier as I lurked for a couple of months before joining).

    Thinking about it now, I think it's just attempts to get in. More than likely a banned member, so may be no real need to change passwords. The Spanish ip address is banned along with the member.

    I’ve looked into it and there seems to have been an attempt to get into a number of accounts. That IP address has been banned. Toast has wisely changed her password. Might be an idea for everyone else to do the same.
