Poker player Johannes Strassmann, 29:

http://www.pokernews...&utm_source=rss

Second poker player of some vague note dead within a week, as Chad Brown dies of cancer aged 52. He had a WSOP bracelet, although it was an "honorary" one given to him when it became apparent he wasn't going to make it through this year.

If guest was here, he'd say something like "maybe sam simon will be the third poker player in a row to die"

If anybody was to be the next one to die it would be Doyle Brunson, although I think he still has a couple of years left in him.

So, if Doyle takes a dive in 2016, how obitable is he likely to be?

Haven't a clue on that part. Not sure how much the UK media pays attention to televised poker tournaments.

Doyle would get an obit, I'm 100% sure of it. Willing to bet Victoria Coren's already written it as well. Although Texas Dolly collects cancers like most people collect commemorative plates.
