Wow. Looks all the nominees (people that got nominated, but didn't make the final list) on the male side are all also dead. The women's side for nominees still has Claire Bloom (90), Ann Blyth (93), Mitzi Gaynor (90), Marsha Hunt (104), Angela Lansbury (96), Piper Laurie (89), Gina Lollobrigia (94), Rita Moreno (90), Margaret O'brien (84)

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2018

There are a few rules to DeathList summarised as follows: Candidates must be famous enough such that their death is expected to be reported by the UK media; Candidates cannot be famous solely for the fact they are likely to die in the near future and only 25 candidates can reappear from the previous year’s list. I guess as long as they get a UK obituary and aren't famous just because they are likely to die then its ok.

Do suicides even count for the deathlist or is that like a gray area?

Only one of the top 5 still living. Is this the most deaths in the top 5 ever?

well if he were dead his brother would have had to take a week or so off of some movie set or summat, so 'follow the money' as it were. If he had to suddenly leave for some reason, you can put the tin foil hat back on. SC I'm sure this would never happen, but if for some reason someone did die months ago and it just was kept under wraps and never announced it would not count as a hit for 2016 correct? Therefore would the 2015 total go up if that person was on the 2015 list as well? The only time I could see this probably happening is if maybe someone died the last week of December and it wasn't announced until the first week of January or something. How would the forum rules have handled the death of Hank Williams, who was found dead in the back of his car on New Years Day 1953, but who may have actually died the day before? Yea I would think something like that would be the only case really. News reported it Jan 1 or 2nd, but they really died dec 31st.

  11. The BBC did quite a good overview of the 11 candidates in the Republican race. Iowa and New Hampshire will probably see off up to 5 of these and it then when we will see whether the polls can match the votes on the ground. A lot will depend on whether Democrats who elect to vote in the Republican primary think Trump offers a more beatable opponent for Hillary than anyone else. I live in Connecticut and in my state and about 15 others you can't vote in the republican primary if you are a registered democrat.

Scores of wrestlers from his era just die suddenly, eg Roddy Piper, Ultimate Warrior. He could be worth sticking with. There are a lot of wrestlers who are in there 70's now who took a few hits in there younger days. Who I think I would rather see on the list George 'The Animal' Steele born 1937 (76) Ivan Putski born 1941 (74) Pedro Morales born 1942 (73) 'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka born 1943 (72) Johnny Rodz born 1938 (77) Pat Patterson born 1941 (74) 'The Rock' Don Muroco born 1949 (66) - I know he isn't in his 70's but had a very large physique in the 80's (I assume due to steroids) Harley Race born 1943 (72) 'Superstar' Billy Graham born 1943 (72) Bobby 'The Brain' Heenan born 1944 (70) 'Mr Wonderful' Paul Orndoff born 1949 (65) - again not in his 70's but very unwell 'The Mouth of the South' Jimmy Hart born born 1944 (71) The Iron Sheik born 1942 (73) 'Mean' Gene Okerland born 1942 (72) - probably not taken too many bumps, but is still getting on in years Nick Bockwinkel born 1934 (80) Mr Fuji born 1935 (80) Rocky Johnson born 1944 (71) Abdullah the Butcher born 1941 (71) Bill Watts born 1939 (76) Sunka, Heenan, and Graham are all pretty sick and would be good choices. With Heenan being in the worst health of the 3.

Don't speak too soon, we've been known to have lengthy 'droughts' after a fruitful periodDoubt it, some of the people I listed just have to die this year, most of the deaths so far were unexpected people so we can expect the expected people to die.I didn't say that no one else would die this year, merely that it may be a while before the next hit, check out the previous years. 2013, for example, had a dry spell of 4 whole months between hits but we still managed a solid 13 14 is the record correct? There already was the dry spell this year. 0 hits from Jan 1 to Feb 27. Then after Sam Simon on Mar 8 no more for 2 months. So the first 5 1/2 months of the year there was only 2 but there have been 8 in the 3 months since.

Coincidentally, I did a King Abdullah update search (for the first time in forever) in the evening of 22 January and found out he died on the morning of 23 January. Eerie. People fascinated by death, search for people who could die and find out just after that they died. There must be meaning in the world after all.... where did I put that Bible? Only time that happened to me is I was one day in 2007 just randomly looking up Yvonne Decarlo (Lily Munster) on Wikipedia and I refreshed the page for some reason and all of a sudden there was a death date. It was like woah thats a bit creepy she wasn't dead when I opened the article, but she was dead a couple minutes later.
