Trainer Manny Steward @ 68 http://www.worldboxi...teward-has.html

has not died... according to his family.

His sister says he's dead, then changes her mind. Doubt he'll make the weekend tbh. Tossing his name out as "trainer Manny Steward" like he was just some low-tier schmuck is a bit weird, the man was Mr Kronk's Gym. Hearns, De La Hoya, Cotto, Chavez... this guy was behind the best of the past 30 years.

BBC Report

That's got to be confirmation that he's dead. Nobody could possibly question the integrity of the BBC!

Kirklaind Lang is being reported dead. From beating Roberto Duran at the peak of his fame to being homeless on the streets of Hackney 25 years later, this story was only ever going to end one way.

surely it wouldve ended the same way whether hes rich or poor?!!!!!!!! Hes not immortal

Carmen Basilio, the two-weight world champion has died aged 85.

As a footnote, I see he worked for the Genesee Brewing Co after his retirement I've had many a happy evening partaking of their product but such was the effect on one's constitution the following morning, it was rapidly nicknamed 'genocide'.

I'm confused he has been taken off life support because he is braindead but he hasn't be declared dead?

So he is alive but brain dead or is dead now he has been taken off life support?

Omar Henry, who I added to my long list a few days ago in spite of a very slim chance of making it to next year and unsure obit chances, has died only 25.
