Sir Bobby Robson died today, indeed. That is to say: today it is exactly three months and 12 day ago that he passed away, which has been occasionaly mentioned at the DL forum before.

The news is not travelling fast in the not-exactly-soccer-minded US of A, is it?

It is sad. Bobby was a great manager, player and person.

I guess in in a way he's out of his misery, getting cancer that often can't of been that fun!

He had some really painful surgery done, had many bouts of cancer and became really frail. RIP Robson.

Ah, it used to be the case that whenever I traveled, DL would get a hit, but then it stopped for a while. Good to see we're back on track! Well done DL and now, thanks to Allingham and Robson, I had a hit in July on every DP I'm participating in!

Which would be a lot more impressive if I'd had any hits in any of them more recently than February. :rolleyes:
