if she's doing well why mention it? th is foum is meant to document famous peoples illnesses and death not their wellbeing!
Because there may be some people who have Angela Lansbury or James Earl Jones on their list and it's beneficial to know if they're still healthy or at death's door so they can decide whether to keep them on their list for next year or opt for someone else.

By all accounts Angela and James Earl Jones are doing very well in the Australian production of Driving Miss Daisy. From the clips I have seen she is moving about the stage without any problems, unlike other Broadway stars of her age (Elaine Stritch and Carol Channing are both using wheelchairs). Though of course Angela is not too good at remembering the lines and has to wear an earpiece.

Yes, there are billboards all over the place down here advertising her upcoming shows.
By the way, let's not forget her real-life grandad was the greatest
prime minister Britain never had.

I just hope Angela Lansbury has the decency and good sense not to start over taking the airwaves the way Betty White has recently.
Betty White was enjoyable over the years but now she is every place you look and it is just annoying to me. Glad she has the energy but with her latest show Off Their Rockers I am officially tired of her.
Anyway Angela Lansbury was in a morning show recently and seems quite healthy although her eyes don't seem to blink any more.
