I'd post a prediction, but after Gould and Frazier I don't want to jinx anything.

"on the road to recovery", he vaguely claims. That'll be the M25 from junctions 8 to 16.

Driving on the wrong side of the road, I suppose.

In a Reliant Robin, with a puncture and Ted Kennedy at the wheel.

Few things to take from this Sunday Mirror rush job about Robbo's kidney rot:

1) The Bee Gees' mother, Barbara Gibb, is still alive aged 91, and you'd have thought she'd get an obituary mention when she pops off.

2) Robin is putting his faith in recovery in "traditional Native American spider medicine" and has been receiving health advice from Uri Geller. He is fucked.

“We said, ‘We need to get you a bit stronger and better first. We will have to feed you up – none of this vegan nonsense with herbal tea’.

7.gif See? See! What did I say!

Gibb is said to be an ardent tee-totaller and vegan.

No wonder he looks so ill then. Give him a rare steak and a pint of Guinness at once.

Hey ghoul hunters! Rob's on ITV in a few minutes. No idea when it was recorded.

The nation's favourite Bee Gees song? I expect a groundswell of support for Stayin' Alive.

Okay, he is my first pick of the year, based purely on the tabloid photos (I haven't seen any pics of Etta, though.)

Hey Hein, on the front page of the site, the Robin Gibb link goes to the general Bee Gees discussion thread here:

http://www.deathlist.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=8035

Shouldn't it point to this Gibb thread for the main list instead? (Do you mods normally move the discussion over as well?)

Cheers.

Yes, it should. Unfortunately I can't edit the front page, so that's a task for the Boss.

I think some post moving seems in order. I'll have a look into it.

Thanks for pointing this out. I trust there are more problems like this one. If anybody spots one, please let me know.

regards,

Hein

Interesting photo. But if you look very closely on the neckline you'll see a white plaster- normally a sign that drugs are going in directly.

The way this year has gone so far he'll be gone by December 31st.

3rd Jan...Deathrace points hanging on an early result.

Go Robin!!!!

Just looked at the website- the last post (written in the 3rd person ish) was from 21st December. Talking about a Titanic Requiem of all things.......

Staying Alive right through to My Heart will go on. Beautiful. I'm due a celebrity death on my birthday. 4th February will do (and its a Saturday this year) :pop:

Vinnie Jones on the Bee Gees bandwagon. I tell yers what would be really ironic...if that campaign brought Stayin' Alive back into the charts and Robin bowed out in the same week!

Can I just say I am praying for Robin Gibb.He is a genuinely nice guy and one of our great recording artists.I am willing to forego a hit to see him survive.

So he's a teetotal vegan. And about to die aged 62. What does this tell us...?

Bugger all.

Nice guy? Really? I was watching an interview of him about a year ago and he sounded pretentious and up himself. I dunno...

I think this was the interview here:

EDIT: There are 3 parts to it, I think.
